Do you travel to Russia or Kazakhstan for business? Do you have colleagues from Ukraine or Belorussia? Enhance your business and travel experience in Russian-speaking countries and improve communication with Russian-speaking clients and colleagues!

These lessons are absolutely flexible: you can postpone them if you travel or just too busy at the moment (just notify us one day in advance to avoid 1 hour charge). You can choose 1 hour, 1 and a half or 2 hours sessions as many times a week as you wish. One-hour lesson = 50 min; for two-hours lesson 10 min break is included. We offer corporate lessons on weekdays only.

Levels

START

This course (12 hours) is for complete beginners who have no prior knowledge of the language. We are going to study greetings and polite words, Russian alphabet, directions and places in the city, Russian names and numbers, family members and professions.

ELEMENTARY

This 80 hours course consists of four parts and it is designed for those who can read Russian and know some basic phrases. After completing this course you will be able to cope with some simple practical situations like introductions, ordering food in a restaurant, buying things, making appointments. We are going to spend a lot of time studying “travelling”, so you could ask directions, buy tickets and chat with Russians while travelling in Russian-speaking countries. You should be familiar with past, present, future tenses of imperfective verbs and all cases for nouns. By the end of the course we don’t use English as intermediate language in the class.

PRE-INTERMEDIATE

This level is 80 hours and intended for students who can speak Russian using simple sentences, have a vocabulary of approximately 1000 words, and are familiar with the fundamentals of Russian grammar. Lessons themes are “Work”, “Life style”, “Clothes”, “Health” etc. In these lessons attention is devoted mostly to listening and speaking skills. Notice that we speak only Russian in the class. Pre-intermediate course consists of four parts. To sign up you will need to fill in an application form and make payment before the course starts to reserve a place in the group.

INTERMEDIATE

This 80 hours course is for the benefit of those students who, already have significant practical knowledge of the Russian language, can correctly form sentences, correctly use verb aspects and tenses, and have a substantial vocabulary. That’s exactly why this given stage is set aside for the active use and improvement of all skills: speaking, reading, listening, and writing. The themes used in these lessons are: “House”, “Art”, “Travelling”, “Appearance”, etc. During this stage, more complex grammar is introduced, such constructions include: verbs of motion with prefixes, prepositions & cases, conditionals, etc. At the end of this course students can freely carry out dialogues, and express their opinions on given themes.

ADVANCED

This 80 hours course is for those who already speak Russian and want to achieve fluency in everyday communication

Corporate lessons are sold in a minimum of 10 hours.
Special offer is available if you pay for 20 (or more) hours and is non-refundable.
There are no transportation charges if your office is located within 5 min walking distance from Raffles City MRT, City Hall MRT, Chinatown MRT, Clarke Quay MRT, Tanjong Pagar MRT. In all other cases we charge additional transportation fees depending on your location

REGISTRATION

If you are signing up for one of our courses for the first time, please send us an email with your request. We will send you an application form and payment options. You need to make payment before the course starts. As soon as we receive your application form and payment we will confirm your acceptance via email. We work on a first-come first-served basis, so early registration and payment are recommended to reserve a seat in a group. You must be at least 16 years old to enroll to our group lessons. RLC reserves the right to refuse any applicant who does not meet the course eligibility requirements or who didn’t make payment in full and on time.

PAYMENT

Advanced payment is required. Modes of payment: bank transfer, PayNow, cash (through DBS cash deposits machine). By paying tuition fees you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION

By Student: Cancellations must be made in writing to RLC. If notice of cancellation is received more than 72 hours before the start of the course, full amount of the tuition fees will be refunded within 14 days from the date of the request. In all other cases no refund will be granted. Special offers are non-refundable. Deferment to the following group is offered free of charge only once. Notice that the following group may have different schedule.

By RLC: RLC reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or postpone any group and individual lessons due to low enrolment or any other reasons. Students can: 1. join another batch of lessons; 2. get a refund that equals to the price of the lessons not delivered. Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date of the request.

IF YOU MISS LESSON(S)

For group lessons: Students can make up for a missed class by attending a similar class on a different day/time (subject to availability). We can offer an individual catch up lessons for 50 SGD per hour (subject to the teacher’s availability).

For individual lessons: You may reschedule your lesson 24 hours prior to the lesson at no charge. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours, you will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the 1-hour lesson price.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND TESTIMONIALS

All photos of students and testimonials taken while attending a course at RLC may be used on RLC website or Facebook/Instagram page and on promotional materials including (but not limited to) brochures, banners, flyers, posters etc.

RLC reserves the right to assign any teacher to any class / individual student(s).

RLC reserves the right to change terms and conditions without advance notification.

РЕГИСТРАЦИЯ

Чтобы зарегистрироваться на один из наших курсов, вам необходимо отправить нам запрос по электронной почте. Мы отправим вам регистрационную форму для заполнения и информацию по способам оплаты, которая должна быть произведена до начала курса. Как только мы получим от вас заполненную регистрационную форму и оплату, мы отправим вам по электронной почте подтверждение о регистрации и квитанцию об оплате. Мы не резервируем место в группе без оплаты. Обратите внимание, что количество мест в группе ограничено. Вы должны быть старше 16 лет, чтобы присоединиться к группе (правило не касается занятий для русскоговорящих детей). Центр русского языка оставляет за собой право отказать в обучении студенту, который не соответствует данным требованиям или который не оплатил курс вовремя и в полном объеме.

ОПЛАТА

Оплата должна быть произведена до начала занятий. Способы оплаты: банковский перевод, PayNow, наличные (через DBS cash deposit machine). Оплачивая курс, вы соглашаетесь с нашими условиями.

ЕСЛИ ВЫ ПЕРЕДУМАЛИ

Если вы оплатили курс, но по каким-то причинам не можете начать обучение, сообщите нам об этом по электронной почте минимум за 72 часа до начала занятий. В таком случае мы полностью вернем вам оплату в течение 14 дней с момента получения письменной заявки. Во всех остальных случаях (включая оплату уроков, приобретенных по специальному предложению) возврат стоимости курса не производится. Перевод в следующую по расписанию группу такого же уровня на бесплатной основе можно совершить только один раз. Обратите внимание, что такая группа может заниматься по другому расписанию.

Центр русского языка оставляет за собой право отменять и переносить групповые и индивидуальные уроки из-за недостаточного количества учеников в группе или по любой другой причине. Если вам не подходит новое расписание, вы можете: 1. присоединиться к другой группе того же уровня; 2. получить возврат суммы, равной стоимости оставшихся уроков, в течение 14 дней с момента письменного запроса.

ЕСЛИ ВЫ ПРОПУСКАЕТЕ УРОК(И)

Групповые уроки: вы можете присоединиться к другой группе того же уровня (если в ней есть свободные места), чтобы восполнить пропущенное занятие. Мы также предлагаем индивидуальные уроки за 50 SGD в час в удобное для вас и учителя время.

Индивидуальные уроки: Вы можете отменить/перенести урок за 24 часа до его начала. Если вы забыли про занятие или отменили его менее, чем за 24 часа, то занятие считается оплаченным (в размере стоимости одного часа) и проведенным.

ФОТОГРАФИИ И ОТЗЫВЫ

Все отзывы и фотографии студентов, сделанные во время курса, могут быть использованы на сайте, Facebook/Instagram странице и/или в рекламных материалах (баннерах, брошюрах, постерах и т.д.) Центра русского языка.

Центр русского языка оставляет за собой право назначать любого учителя любой группе или индивидуальному студенту.
