The Arts & Culture Carnival is organized by People's Association and open to public.
Preview a buffet of arts and culture courses at 5 different zones - Global Cultures (our booth is there!), Music and Dance, Visual Arts and Photography, Decorative and Eco Arts and Artistic Fitness.

Free admission to all, no Chingay Parade tickets required. If you wish to watch Chingay Parade you’ll need to purchase your ticket at SISTIC.
